Leadber Pte. Ltd. ("we", "our", "us") operates Leadber.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, company name
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)
  • Knowledge Lab content you enter to train your AI

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, campaign activity
  • Log data: IP address, browser type, access times
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. Lead Data

Lead data (names, phone numbers, emails) scraped through Leadber is sourced from publicly available web pages. You, as the customer, are the data controller of this lead data. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. We do not sell lead data to third parties.

4. Data Residency

All data is stored and processed on AWS Singapore (ap-southeast-1). We do not transfer personal data outside Singapore except where required to provide the Service (e.g., OpenAI API calls for AI features, Twilio for WhatsApp delivery). Such transfers are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process your transactions and manage your account
  • To send administrative communications (not marketing without consent)
  • To improve our AI models and Service quality using anonymised, aggregated data
  • To comply with legal obligations

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for 24 months from the date of collection or until you delete it, whichever is sooner. Outreach logs are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request erasure of your personal data
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection — object to certain processing activities

8. Opt-Out for Lead Subjects

If you are a lead who has received a WhatsApp message through Leadber and wish to opt out, reply STOP to the message. Your number will be immediately added to our suppression list. For further requests, contact legal@leadber.com.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (anonymised) to understand how the Service is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
