Question 1

What plans does Leadber offer?

Accepted Answer

Leadber offers five plans: Free (20 credits/day, forever), Starter ($19/month, 1,500 credits), Growth ($49/month, 4,000 credits, 3 users), Pro ($89/month, 8,000 credits, 10 users), and Agency ($199/month, 20,000 credits, 25 users). Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing. All plans include Scout, LeadDive™, My Brain, and the full Sales module — Quotations, Invoices, Price List, and Reports.

Question 2

What are credits and how do I use them?

Accepted Answer

Credits are Leadber's usage currency. 1 credit = $0.01 USD. Credits are used for lead search, LeadDive™ intelligence reports, LeadEdge™ competitor analysis and enrichment. WhatsApp messages sent from your own connected number are free and use no credits. Monthly credits reset every 30 days, and Power Packs add credits that last 1 year. Current per-action credit costs are listed on the pricing page.

Question 3

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Leadber plan at any time via the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Question 4

Is there a contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No long-term contract is required. All Leadber plans are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time. Annual plans offer up to 21% savings compared to monthly billing.

Question 5

Do credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Monthly plan credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over. Power Pack credits (purchased separately) last for 1 year from purchase date. Free plan daily credits accumulate up to a maximum of 300 credits.

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New accounts get Pro features free for 30 days with no credit card. After 30 days the account drops to the Free plan automatically — data is kept, but WhatsApp, Zalo, email outreach and CSV export then require a paid plan. Credits during the free month use the Free allowance: 100 to start, 20 more every day, up to a 300-credit cap.

Question 7

Does Leadber connect to Gmail or Outlook?

Accepted Answer

No. Leadber does not connect to Gmail or Outlook mailboxes. Email outreach uses a mailto deep link that opens your default mail client with the message pre-filled, or your own Resend or SendGrid API key for bulk sends. Replies from leads arrive in your own mailbox, not in Leadber.

Question 8

Can I upload a PDF or spreadsheet to train the AI?

Accepted Answer

You can upload a PDF (up to 10 MB) to My Brain and Leadber will extract your business identity, product catalog, tone and target customer from it. Spreadsheets and other file types are not accepted for AI training. CSV and Excel are supported separately for importing leads, not for training the AI.

Question 9

Does Leadber send invoices or quotes automatically during a chat?

Accepted Answer

Leadber can auto-draft a quotation from a WhatsApp, Messenger or Zalo conversation when the lead describes items you have on your Price List. The draft is created on the Quotations page for you to review. Auto-sending the draft as a plain text message with a PDF link is off by default and only runs when you enable it in Settings. Invoices are always created manually in the Sales module, which is free on every plan.

Question 10

Can my customers pay through a Leadber quote?

Accepted Answer

No. Leadber does not integrate with Stripe, PayNow, GrabPay or any other payment gateway on your behalf. Quotations and invoices can be downloaded as PDFs or shared via WhatsApp or email, and your customer pays you directly using whatever method you agree. Leadber only uses Stripe for its own subscription billing.
